Lead Recovery Counselor
About The Position
The Lead Recovery Counselor will provide supervision and support to the Recovery Counselors in all their responsibilities. The Lead Recovery Counselor will provide support to enhance the quality of patient care by working directly with the patients in a treatment setting and collaboratively as a member of the program’s multi-disciplinary team. The Lead Recovery Counselor is responsible for collaborating with the CSS clinical team on direct clinical patient care by providing support and guidance to patients to promote engagement and continuity of care. Working in conjunction with the multi- disciplinary team, the Lead Recovery Counselor will help provide a safe and therapeutic treatment experience for the patients served. Lead Recovery Counselor will be responsible for timecards, managing schedules, individual and group supervisions as well as documentation audits.
