In this role, you will lead the reception area, serving the needs of residents, visitors, and staff by providing information and assistance in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. You will greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and direct phone calls to the appropriate residents and staff. Additionally, you may sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, perform basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs. In case of resident emergencies, you will respond by calling the appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and ensure visitors sign guest sheets.
• Direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
• Perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate parties.
