The Lead Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff, providing a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day front desk operations. The Lead Receptionist oversees the scheduling and workflow of the receptionist team, provides administrative support to the Admissions Department, and may provide coverage for the Executive Assistant when needed. The hours for this role are 7:00am - 3:30pm.
