About The Position

The Lead Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. What will I do every day? Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk Assist residents with requests as needed Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel Audit records and files What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player High school graduate One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What’s in it for me?
