Penick Village is looking for a Lead Receptionist to join out Resident Services Team! The Lead Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents, visitors, families, and vendors. This role combines exceptional customer service with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the front desk operates smoothly, professionally, and with warmth. The Lead Receptionist supports and guides receptionist staff while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient reception area. Purpose of Job Position: The purpose of this standard procedure is to provide excellent front-line leadership as a receptionist/driver for all Independent Living residents in a courteous and safe manner. Lead Receptionist are to provide excellent customer services to residents, guests, vendors and co-workers. As well as work in collaboration with the Resident Services Coordinator to ensure the daily functions of the department run smoothly.
