Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by providing exceptional service to visitors and consistent telephone call response.
• Create a positive and welcoming environment, focusing on outstanding hospitality for residents and guests while managing front desk operations.
• Ensure desk coverage and scheduling during open hours, contributing to a seamless experience.
• Train, coach, counsel, supervise, evaluate and direct the activities of independent living concierge staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and provide coverage in the event of staff absences.
• Manage the guest room experience for exceptional hospitality to all Givens-Aldersgate overnight guests.
• Manage guest room policies.
• Serve as a Notary for resident and organizational needs.
• Perform all concierge team duties in addition to Lead Concierge responsibilities.
• Participate in A-Team and other campus-wide administrative initiatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
