As a Lead Receiving Associate, you'll be the vital force ensuring seamless product flow and unparalleled customer service. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be the primary person of all incoming and outgoing logistics, coordinating your team to ensure peak efficiency. Your mission: keep the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine and help us maintain our status as the undisputed "electrical distributor of choice" in the area!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years warehouse experience
• Skilled with computer and inventory systems
• Knowledge of all warehouse processes and equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds manually or 100+ with two people or Forklift equipment
• Have at least 3+ years experience with at least 2 of the following forklifts: Stand up, reach truck, order picker and sit-down propane forklift

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Logistics: Manage the complete journey of our products from arrival to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
• Shipment Supremo: Oversee all incoming/outgoing logistics, upholding company standards for speed and accuracy.
• Team Lead & Coach: Guide warehouse associates through daily tasks like packaging, staging, loading, and general material movement.
• Quality Control Captain: Ensure every product leaving the warehouse meets our high bar for quality.
• Safety First Advocate: Maintain a clean, safe workplace operating within all SOPs and OSHA standards.
• PIT Master: Operate a variety of Forklifts
