This role provides guidance to ramp agents, assigns tasks, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and airline procedures. While not a disciplinary role, the Lead serves as a key point of contact for operational efficiency and issue resolution. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Compliance with all safety and security protocols is essential. This job is covered by a collective bargaining agreement of the Transport Workers Union (TWU), a labor union that requires joining the TWU and paying union dues.
