Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job SummaryThe part-time Lead Ramp Agent at DFW Airport oversees ramp operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company procedures. This role involves guiding and supporting ramp agents, monitoring performance, and assisting management with workflow and resource utilization. While Leads do not have disciplinary authority, they play a key role in maintaining operational standards.

Requirements

HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
Must be atleast 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, and days-off.
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
Must be able to maintain airport authority access, and be able to work scheduled shifts.
Must be able to follow direction and work safely.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an airport environment
1+ years in a ramp agent role

Responsibilities

Oversee and support ramp agents in daily operations.
Train and demonstrate proper work and safety procedures.
Assign and schedule work tasks to maintain efficiency.
Monitor and analyze work methods and outcomes.
Identify and report operational issues to management.
Assist in the effective use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with site security procedures.
Report security breaches, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
