About The Position

Ace Gutter, Inc. is a long-established and leading provider of quality rain gutter installations in the Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis and Weber County areas. The Lead Installer's primary role is to complete assigned installations correctly, to client specifications, and on-time. This includes maintaining all equipment and vehicles, ensuring job site safety standards, and timely submission of paperwork for client payments and financial reports. As a trusted member of our custom crew, you will be part of one of the premier gutter installation teams in the area, with opportunities for growth and financial security through job excellence.

Requirements

• 1 year or more experience in rain gutter installation, roofing, siding, or other elevated trade.
• Driven to get the job done right the first time.
• Adept at using fastening, cutting and forming tools and handling materials.
• Valued safety for yourself and your crew with a good driving record.
• Enjoy showing off your installation with the customer and solving their problems.
• Willing and able to take and pass a background check and drug testing.
• Desire for a drug-free, crime-free, professional culture.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with box gutter installation.
• Experience with half-round gutter installation.
• Knowledge of installing heat tape, chimney caps, or leaf guards.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to the job site each day on time and ready to work.
• Participate in all available safety training and follow all safety rules.
• Implement all assigned work orders with timely completion per specification without rework or call back.
• Provide constant communication with the homeowner and account manager.
• Maintain accurate pictures and update tasks within our CRM regularly.
• Properly operate and maintain work vehicles and equipment.
• Track time totals using payroll software and report weekly assigned KPI to Tree Foreman.
• Develop and cultivate a strong knowledge of our products and services.
• Always look for small improvement opportunities.
