Requirements

• Experience in the field of automotive seating interiors
• 3 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing
• Profound knowledge of automotive quality Methods and Core-Tools (IATF 16949 + Core Tools (MSA, PPAP, APQP, PSA, FMEA))
• Strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers
• Extensive experience in quality management
• Open to go on business trips
• Flexible and committed
• Experience in teamwork across different time zones

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a consistent quality strategy
• Managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement (CIP) of the plant’s quality performance
• Conducting quality planning activities in alignment with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) standards
• Defining Quality Requirements and Development & Optimization of Quality Methods
• Ensuring Delivery Quality of Brose Sitech Products to the Customer
• Ensuring a Safe Working Environment in Compliance with Occupational Safety Standards
• Leadership of subordinate quality-related functions, including full personnel responsibility
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual quality reports
• Continuous Development of the Quality Management System
