Position Summary: The Lead Quality Inspector is responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure materials and products meet company, customer, and regulatory quality standards. This role provides day-to-day leadership to Quality Inspectors, supports training and consistency in inspection practices, and serves as a key point of communication between Quality, Production, and Management.

- Proficient in computer systems including MS Office products and ERP systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant inspection experience (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as: Safely navigating a manufacturing environment Working in a cleanroom environment Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and stooping Using tools and inspection equipment Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards across both multi-use hose products and single-use products assembled in a cleanroom environment
- Provide direction and work instructions to the team of Quality Inspectors
- Perform inspections and testing of materials and finished products
- Monitor and review inspection data, test results, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Serve as a subject matter resource for inspectors regarding specifications, inspection methods, and quality requirements
- Train, mentor, and support Quality Inspectors to ensure consistent inspection practices
- Measure dimensions of completed products or workpieces to verify conformance to specifications or standards
- Participate in and support testing processes to ensure adherence to specifications or standards
- Collect, prepare, and sort materials or samples for processing and testing
- Identify, communicate, and document nonconformances or production issues
- Assist with tagging, quarantine, and disposition of nonconforming material
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to determine inspection requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and inspection processes
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements
- Other duties as assigned
