About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years in Manufacturing).
  • Minimum of 3 years in Quality, or Production.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance to international management systems standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.
  • Performs Quality systems audits and risk assessments.
  • Coordinates special process audits and acts as a Liaison with external auditors.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
  • Coordinates Cause and Corrective Action Investigations.
  • Supports nonconformance dispositions and MRB submittals.
  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
  • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
