About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic QA Automation Engineer (QA Lead) to oversee and lead the contract QA effort, including supervising a QA Automation Engineer III. This role is ideal for someone with excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills who can drive quality engineering practices across manual and automated testing efforts while staying hands-on when needed. The Lead Quality Assurance Testing Analyst will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance activities throughout the SDLC, manage defect lifecycle processes, and ensure the successful delivery of quality code through both manual and automated testing. This is a leadership-focused QA role with expectations of technical oversight, coordination, and hands-on contribution when necessary.
