About The Position
Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U, is seeking a Lead Qualifier to join its team. This is a great position for someone who is looking to expand their career, and join a company with a fun, fast-paced and inspirational culture. The Lead Qualifier plays a key role in the continued growth of Purpose Brands and will be responsible for friendly and timely contact with all inbound franchise candidates. This person will own the lead qualification process and will promptly reach out to prospects via phone, email, text and/or Zoom to make initial contact. First impressions and speed to contact are extremely important, and this person is the very tip of the spear in the sales process. The goal is to learn about the prospect in a short amount of time, document pertinent information for the franchise directors and to help both sides determine if we are the right fit.
