About The Position

Position Purpose: Leads the team in implementing and maintaining the Quality Assurance technical non-production standards, processes, and QA tools for the company's applications and physical resources across all IT projects, and verifying that application deployment and test execution correspond with business/technical requirements. Leads all IT development and QA non-production environments to maintain the integrity of the systems.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
  • Experience with Jira, Jira Align, ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Softheon.
  • Experience with testing enterprise-class system software packages, database testing and MS Windows.
  • Experience with automation scripting and testing of healthcare software products preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads multiple moderately complex projects and/or projects requiring multiple QA Engineers.
  • Performs moderately complex testing and de-bugging tasks according to company's QA process.
  • Estimates, plans, schedules, and implements testing projects.
  • Produces and manages moderately complex technical deliverables.
  • Understands multiple technologies to guarantee quality testing is performed on all appropriate application systems.
  • Tracks and control environmental changes; track the status of environmental change requests (e.g., code posts) to closure.
  • Identifies testing environment needs for projects and coordinates the establishment of the environments.
  • Supports any application or tools for Environment Management.
  • Executes manual and/or automated test scripts for most complex projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
