About The Position

This position is for a Lead Prototype Build Engineer (Build Lead) working within the Prototype Build Engineering group. The Build Lead manages prototype and mule builds through planning and execution phase. This includes working with program teams to understand the scope of the build, communicating scope to the prototype build team, tracking and reporting progress, escalating issues, planning the build, ensuring shop readiness, and build execution. Energetic, innovative thinker with the ability to focus while multitasking is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Basic Vehicle build process knowledge
• Strong organization
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels of management
• Project management experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
