About The Position

Responsible to develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects to support project reporting and on time delivery analysis which complies with Customer requirements and adheres to internal processes and standards. Responsible to support continuous improvement of Equipment Planning processes and developing/maintaining KPIs (on time delivery, key milestones, key commodities, say/do ratio, physical progress, schedule quality, etc.) & critical path analysis for complex EO & EEP projects or TK Projects where partner is leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma.
  • 5 years' experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function within an EPC environment.
  • Knowledge of power plant principles and work processes of EPC environments.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 with resources loaded schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules.
  • Support project reporting and on-time delivery analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement of Equipment Planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for project performance.
  • Conduct critical path analysis for complex projects.
  • Attend meetings to receive L1 bids schedule and contract details.
  • Confirm ITO assumptions and risks summary.
  • Support development of the Commitment Meeting file.
  • Ensure schedules accurately reflect project scope and execution strategy.
  • Monitor project on-time delivery performance.
  • Highlight schedule slippages and identify corrective actions.
  • Update project schedules based on inputs from the GEV team.
  • Perform schedule analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Work with project team to identify mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate critical project issues to the internal project manager.
  • Ensure reports accurately reflect project status.
  • Communicate execution strategy changes to functions.
  • Act as a resource for project team members.
  • Perform critical path analysis for deliverables.
  • Support extension of time and cost claims.
