Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives. Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations. Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks. Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration. Job Contribution: Facilitate high-energy, interactive sales training sessions for both new hires and tenured sales professionals, ensuring engagement and practical skill application. Coach sales team members one-on-one and in groups, providing real-time feedback and actionable strategies to improve performance. Monitor participant progress during training, addressing challenges as they arise and celebrating successes to foster confidence and motivation. Proven ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations and simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and inspiring confidence in sales teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Platform roll-out experience - Required
  • Large scale training and live user support experience - Required
