About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager role to lead critical initiatives for the Global Operations Book of Work. The position is responsible for driving execution and ensuring Enterprise Change Management compliance across Shared Services Operations.

  • Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional change initiatives.
  • Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrated consulting expertise with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and solution delivery.
  • High adaptability and agility in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of risk management and compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in initiative design and structuring.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and related project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of programs and workstream initiatives aligned with the Global Operations Book of Work.
  • Develop comprehensive execution plans, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across operations, technology, and key business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Champion change management efforts to support the adoption of new processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment.
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.
