About The Position

We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to bridge the gap between sales, production, and field implementation. You will be responsible for managing complex projects from initial estimation through final delivery, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience; background in Industrial Distribution or the Water/Wastewater industry is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to conduct cost analysis and project budgeting.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time-management skills with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certifications are a significant advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Plan and execute projects for R&D and product implementation; manage budgets, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Sales Integration: Support outside sales by tracking orders, resolving customer issues, and identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Supply Chain Coordination: Liaison with procurement, production, and shipping to ensure materials are fabricated and delivered per contractor specifications.
Estimation & Procurement: Perform take-offs, provide product pricing, and manage inventory levels necessary to fulfill active project requirements.
Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to team members based on expertise and manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
