Responsibilities
- Customer Focus: Understand the needs & expectations of users to prioritize features; support business teams with training user acceptance testing
- Product Management: Drive enhancements to our core digital solutions (Discover & OMNI), overseeing value streams focused on cost, risk management, and other business needs
- Collaboration: Partner with NEA and business stakeholders to align strategies with organizational objectives; partner with teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Project Management: Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and establish timelines for delivery of solutions
- Innovation: Foster new technology that enables business transformation and drives new ideas; conduct external research to stay abreast of industry trends
- Leadership & Vision: Provide direction and strategic influence to achieve business goals
