In this role, you would directly impact our goal of successfully executing strategic initiatives across Development – NextEra Energy Resources. In this position, you will lead strategy implementation projects from conception to completion, working on a cross-functional team to support data driven decision making. You will be working with senior leadership and executive teams to drive strategic transformation efforts that will directly impact NextEra Energy's operational excellence and competitive advantage. Beyond the requirements below, you will also be responsible for illustrating project status, outcomes, and strategic insights to executive leadership and suggesting process improvements. You will work across multiple business units to gain deep understanding of organizational capabilities, market dynamics, and strategic priorities. You will be able to dive into complex strategic initiatives and drive measurable business results.
