Requirements

• High School Grad/GED
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 3+ years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Discover, OMNI, and other core project development software
• Experience in the energy sector including an understanding of renewable energy project development
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively
• Familiarity with the Agile methodology and project management practices

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs & expectations of users to prioritize features; support business teams with training user acceptance testing
• Drive enhancements to our core digital solutions (Discover & OMNI), overseeing value streams focused on cost, risk management, and other business needs
• Partner with NEA and business stakeholders to align strategies with organizational objectives; partner with teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and establish timelines for delivery of solutions
• Foster new technology that enables business transformation and drives new ideas; conduct external research to stay abreast of industry trends
• Provide direction and strategic influence to achieve business goals
