About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive large-scale, complex programs with minimal supervision. This role requires strategic leadership, strong change management capabilities, and executive-level communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage significant workstreams, foster stakeholder relationships, and deliver innovative solutions across multiple lines of business.

Requirements

Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments.
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business lines.
Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening).
Strong change management and consulting skills.
Agile methodology experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presence.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

Advise leadership on program success, prioritization, and change management strategies.
Lead resolution of highly complex challenges with long-term impact.
Oversee planning, financial management, risk assessment, and status reporting for large-scale initiatives.
Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success.
Provide vision and expertise for companywide business solutions.
