About The Position

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our aerospace engineering teams by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and driving innovation in the aerospace industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Aerospace engineering or related fields.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering, specific to test and engineering laboratories, within the aerospace industry or other related field.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering test methodologies and tools specific to aerospace products.
  • Experience in test facility setup and correlation testing with production assets.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degrees in Engineering, such as MS in Aerospace Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in aerospace product testing and evaluation.
  • Technical knowledge of vibration and environmental testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and manage the execution of advanced test plans and procedures for aerospace products.
  • Develop and implement innovative test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
