About The Position
Anoka County Community Social Services and Behavioral Health (CSS/BH) is currently hiring for a Lead Program Planner. This position develops and monitors grants and contracts for purchased services and assists leadership in administering Anoka County's departmental programs. Lead Program Planners possess expert knowledge of subject matter and handle the most complex issues and problems associated with programs including experience leading and developing disability and aging-related contracts, grants, and services; building and maintaining provider relationships with local providers to support service placement within the Disability and Aging Service area; overseeing Contracted Case Management services (both waiver and non-waiver) and related agreements; and supporting a variety of programs within Community Social Services and Behavioral Health, including Child Care and Foster Care Licensing, Senior and Disability Services, and Housing programs.
