The Content and Screens Lead Program Manager is responsible for working horizontally within Airbnb’s in-house Marketing/Creative team in partnership with the Product Marketing and Design organizations to manage the development process for product screen assets for use in marketing. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires someone who is a strong self-starter, is operationally-minded, and can navigate ambiguity. Experience working with Localization, Creative and Product teams is essential, as this role will require navigating the organization and building relationships with a broad set of partners and contributors, including but not limited to Marketing, Creative, Production, Product Design, Product Marketing, Localization, Business Affairs and Legal.
