About The Position

Lead Program Manager, Cyber Tech Capital One is looking for a strategic and highly organized Lead Program Manager to join the Cyber Insider Threat and Technical Investigations program. You will ensure that our high-level goals translate into successful, scalable results. Candidates should thrive in a cross-functional and dynamic environment, where coordination with partner teams and stakeholders is required. You’ll be driving strategic planning, coordination across the team, enterprise, & industry, as well as driving process improvements for the team. Also, you’ll be expected to effectively manage all the moving pieces, teams, and tasks, displaying excellent strategic thinking, planning, organizational, and delegation skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in program management
  • At least 2 years of experience in data strategy
  • At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management
  • At least 2 years of experience in risk mitigation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • Experience in a technology or cybersecurity organization
  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience in data strategy
  • 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery
  • 2+ years of experience in GenAI

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Align multiple projects with the company's broader strategic goals and manage dependencies across teams. You will be driving the delivery of key initiatives across the team.
  • Risk Mitigation: Help to mitigate risks that are discovered by the larger team by collaborating with different teams within the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine project management methodologies to improve team velocity and quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: You’ll build cross functional relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate open collaboration, and communicate decisions and updates across teams. Ensure all relevant documents and decisions are saved and accessible for audit and review.
  • Metric Development & Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to track progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Culture Champion: Champion a culture of teamwork and proactive problem-solving within the team and across stakeholder groups.
