About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Manager with program management skills and experience managing programs in a high complexity, highly dynamic environment. Overall responsibilities include managing the overall execution of a mult-site integrated program team manufacturing space propulsion systems in support of the Boeing Starliner CST-100 Service and Crew Module.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage external relationships.
  • Effectively communicate the L3Harris value proposition from a technical and programmatic perspective.
  • Drive multiple integrated program teams toward success in meeting our objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Manage the cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of a program through all phases, inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage programmatic and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare proposals, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget and financial terms/conditions of contract.
  • Ensure all resources such as engineering, production and facilities are available to support the program.
  • Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
