About The Position

Requirements

  • Background in online learning.
  • Proven record of developing quality assessment and learning experiences.
  • Effective project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee curriculum and assessment within assigned programs, ensuring relevance, quality, and technical accuracy.
  • Accountable for success metrics related to time, budget, and quality measures.
  • Advocate for the program with college design and development leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between curriculum and assessment.
  • Contribute to cross-university coordination with key stakeholders in program launch and maintenance.
  • Create and deliver training for instructors, mentors, and enrollment counselors in collaboration with program chair.
  • Champion the design, development, and continuous improvement of effective curriculum and assessments.
  • Evaluate program and learning experience quality against student achievement.
  • Prioritize and approve incremental changes to curriculum and assessment.
  • Recommend major changes to curricula to program and cluster leadership.
  • Plan and develop new program business models and charters.
  • Collaborate with program architects and accreditation office to meet all requirements.
  • Prepare reports on program and course performance for quality improvement.
