About The Position

As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing hands-on technical tasks, ensuring the functionality and quality of work, and its impact on customers and your team. You will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving issues, maintaining equipment, serving as the crew lead technician on work sites, and delivering excellent service to customers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration
  • IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Experience serving residential & commercial properties
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Perform mitigation/remediation tasks per work orders and supervisory instructions
  • Lead and monitor project work, ensuring efficiency of workflow and complying with assigned deadlines/schedules
  • Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Keep detailed records of work performed, including reports and job documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, along with clean equipment
  • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Communicate openly with technicians and customers
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies relevant to the position
