About The Position

The position involves ensuring compliance with and enforcement of all company safety policies to maintain an accident-free facility. The role includes conducting accident investigations as required and providing direction to all production team members to meet key metrics accurately and timely. The individual will monitor line staffing and recommend daily adjustments to achieve established production goals while controlling manpower costs. Additionally, the position requires ensuring that all components and paperwork for the next schedule are ready and interacting with other Team Leaders, Supervisors, Quality Assurance, Production Staff, and Warehouse operations to facilitate smooth production runs. Other related duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities
