About The Position

JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, overtime as designated DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safely lead the activities of team members in the production of quality products Guarantee and maintain a safe work environment Assist in training and coaching of new employees Ensure onboarding and training requirements for new employees are met Maintain open communication in motivating employees to meet quality and productivity goals Utilize problem solving techniques, team building strategies and process improvement tools to meet or exceed goals and objectives Know and understand all operations within the assigned area Be approachable for employee questions and concerns at all times Assume production responsibilities of Team Lead in his/her absence Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Hands-on leader and role model with high integrity and positive influence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent track record driving employee engagement
Computer Literate - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word, SAP preferred
Dedication to quality in all aspects of the job
Must be able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
