About the role This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location Hourly Rate: $22/hr + annual raise program PTO: This role offers paid vacation & sick days Benefits: Coverage for you as well as your family, company pays 75% This role is slotted for 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 6 am (Night) We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to support our packaging and production operations at our Roanoke facility while guiding a small team of associates. You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and meet production goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a production or warehouse environment with at least 1 year of lead, manager, or mentor experience
- Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Comfortable operating machinery and handling inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with Food and Beverage products
Responsibilities
- Assist in packaging bulk gummies into sachets and gussets.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts.
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines to meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve efficiency.
