What you’ll do: Coordinate materials, agendas, and logistics for monthly senior and executive meetings, including Board of Director sessions, operational reviews, and officer town halls. Lead end-to-end program management for cross-functional and strategic projects, including identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, and controlling initiatives to achieve business objectives. Define, design, and implement organizational processes and operating plans; facilitate change through consulting and collaboration. Champion company culture by promoting core values, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals. Manage and create business reports, consolidating information for business planning and performance monitoring. Oversee budget management, collaborating with department heads to review proposals, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Serve as lead for audit, compliance, process and quality reviews, and business continuity planning. Coordinate infrastructure programs, manage roadmaps, and support strategic and tactical planning. Oversee resource management, including workflow entry, project estimation, and program coordination. Support product management by researching, designing, planning, and evaluating new products or features; analyze customer needs and market opportunities; prepare business cases for new or modified products and services.
