As a Lead Product, System & PLM Engineer – PLM Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the global architecture for PLM systems, migrations, DevOps, and project platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business needs and service-level agreements (SLAs). This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends deep technical expertise with solution design and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Define and drive the global architecture for PLM platforms, including migration and DevOps strategies.
  • Lead solution design across various PLM modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Configure core PLM capabilities and manage integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Develop utilities and configurations for cloud deployment and seamless integration.
  • Support and execute data migration activities with precision and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance.
  • Act as a technical advisor for PLM-related initiatives, guiding teams through complex implementations.
  • Architect and design solutions across multiple PLM modules, ensuring robust and scalable implementations.
  • Configure and customize PLM platforms to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop cloud-ready configurations and integration utilities for enterprise deployment.
  • Lead and support data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and operational workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with SLAs and performance benchmarks across all PLM systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and stakeholders.
  • Proven 12 plus years of hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DX.
  • Deep functional expertise in PLM applications, including workflows and system integrations.
  • Strong background in BOM, Part Definition, Configuration Management, Change Management, CAD Integration, and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting both custom and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) PLM and engineering applications.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services and web technologies.
  • Ability to design solutions with scalability and performance in mind.
  • Proficient in Linux/Unix environments and familiar with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in software development best practices and project lifecycle methodologies.
