About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 5+ years of business, strategy, or product/brand marketing experience.
  • Subject matter expert in the area of innovation.
  • Autonomy to lead large processes and projects.
  • Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative ideas and creative problem solutions.
  • Strong creativity and passion for hospitality.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate business complexities into strategies.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints.
  • Excellent ability to assemble and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong and proven ability to collaborate and build sustainable relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, including strong written and oral communication.
  • Willingness to take personal initiative and ownership.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Extreme attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong key computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative concepts for ships and private destinations grounded in guest insights and aligned with the Celebrity brand promise.
  • Assist in analyzing data and research to define strategies that solve business complexities.
  • Create guest experience briefs with clear design direction and guest journeys.
  • Partner cross-functionally to gain alignment on strategies and concepts, incorporating feedback accordingly.
  • Design and establish timelines with a seamless approval process from Senior Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Newbuild.
  • Develop audit tools and processes to ensure concepts maintain their essence over time.
  • Build consistency of signature concepts across the fleet.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitor activities and market trends.
