The Lead Product Solutions Architect (Lead PSA) serves as the strategic bridge between business vision and technical execution for the HIVE enterprise data and analytics platform. This role exists to ensure that every solution-whether a data pipeline, analytic dashboard, AI model, or integrated workflow-is designed with scalability, governance, and business value at its core. Acting as both architect and advisor, the Lead PSA partners with business leaders to understand their goals, translates them into future-proof technical designs, and ensures solutions are delivered efficiently on the Databricks Lakehouse, Azure, and other enterprise platforms. This position drives the creation of data products that not only meet immediate needs but also enhance trust, quality, and insight generation across the organization.
