Your Day to Day: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for data governance capabilities, including data domain ownership, metadata management, data glossaries, and data quality. Partner with data product, data engineering, analytics, legal, compliance, and business teams across BCBSMA to implement governance roadmap Translate data governance road map into actionable workflows, pilot those workflows, and scale those workflows in collaboration with teams across the enterprise. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features. Facilitate cross team discussions around understanding and making decisions about data quality issues Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption and data quality improvements. Evangelize data governance best practices across the organization and foster a data-driven culture. This role is eligible for our Flex Persona for candidates local to our Boston, MA office.
