The Lead Product Owner – Clinical Administration & Billing is a senior individual contributor with end‑to-end accountability for delivering mission‑critical clinical administration and billing capabilities within the iKnowMed (IKM) platform. This role owns the full product lifecycle—from discovery and backlog strategy through delivery, release, and continuous optimization—for complex, highly regulated healthcare solutions. The Lead Product Owner partners deeply with Engineering, Architecture, Quality, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to ensure problems are clearly defined, solutions are technically sound, regulatory requirements are met, and customer value is delivered predictably at scale. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, drives complex cross‑team dependencies, and sets the standard for product ownership excellence while mentoring other Product Owners. This position requires strong domain expertise, technical fluency, and the ability to balance strategic intent with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving, high‑impact environment.
