Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or product marketing, preferably in fintech.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing A/B tests and experiments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience with reporting tools and translating data into actionable insights.
  • A proactive mindset and deep passion for improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and optimizing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Driving customer activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell efforts.
  • Owning the engagement marketing roadmap to prioritize initiatives based on impact.
  • Leading A/B testing strategies to optimize content and audience segmentation.
  • Developing cross-functional partnerships with Product, Analytics, and other teams.
  • Monitoring performance and uncovering insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Identifying friction points in the customer journey and proposing improvements.
  • Managing content and messaging strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
