About The Position
As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, this individual will be creative, strategic, and inspiring as they join a team of high performing product marketers. This role will focus on building and executing the product marketing strategy for the UKG Ready product. The role will include the development of marketing materials, programs, and product marketing initiatives related to UKG Ready. The Product Marketing Manager will understand the global HCM & WFM markets, including the small and mid-size business landscape. You'll work closely with our Product Management team to craft compelling messaging, launch new products, and brief analyst and industry influencers on the strategy.
