About The Position

As a member of the Kraken Pro Product Marketing team, you will play a critical role in advancing Kraken Pro's leverage and margin product strategy, helping to position Kraken as the platform of choice for active and professional traders seeking sophisticated tools. You will contribute to the Margin Trading product vision and roadmap, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and use customer and market insights to influence strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include leading product launches, elevating the existing Margin Trading portfolio, crafting product value narratives, driving sales enablement, supporting Kraken’s ecosystem growth, and being a market and customer expert.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in crypto and/or trading platforms.
• Deep expertise in margin trading, including user psychology and risk management practices.
• Proven success launching products and features using market and customer insights.
• A customer-obsessed mindset with experience in positioning products to different user segments.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of crafting powerful, differentiated product narratives.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable navigating trading metrics.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Strong communication skills across various formats and audiences.
• Passion for helping others grow and mentoring junior PMMs.
