  • Understanding and developing FirstNet public safety audience messaging to be used across a variety of marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Using customer and industry insights to understand audience needs.
  • Using product knowledge to bridge problems and solutions through compelling, bold, and strategic messaging.
  • Understanding data and performance metrics, and working within systems like PowerBi and Tableau to help optimize campaigns.
  • Developing and writing effective marketing briefs.
  • Building strong working relationships with key partners across the Marketing & Growth Organization, Product, Sales, FirstNet and Public Sector, and other key functions.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
  • Typically requires 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility.
  • Public Safety marketing experience.
  • Product knowledge of solutions for Public Safety inclusive of priority and preemption, mission critical solutions, and mobility.
  • Understanding of large marketing organizations and critical functions.
  • Advanced project management experience.
  • Management of cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and works well in an agile environment.
  • Executive presence to inspire confidence and trust with partners.
  • Change agent and motivator able to achieve alignment to a shared vision.
  • Highly organized and accountable.
  • Strategic and operational; able to think through strategic challenges and build ground-up solutions.
