About The Position

We’re partnering with a global energy industry leader to build an AI-driven intelligence platform that turns complexity into clarity — enabling organizations to understand change faster, act decisively, and unlock new levels of strategic advantage. This is a rare opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a global market leader, tackling high-impact problems with cutting-edge technology and taking bold ideas from 0 to 1. As Lead Product Manager, you’ll lead the charge from concept to launch—turning early hypotheses into a scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS product. You’ll work within our venture studio environment, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and our corporate partner to bring a high-impact product to market. This is a 0→1 product role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, can balance customer empathy with commercial instinct, and knows how to translate technical innovation into business value. Please note this is a 12 month contract (1099). Extension possibility TBD.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including 0→1 or early-stage product builds in B2B SaaS, complex ML and LLM-based models.
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities (AI, ML, data platforms) into clear customer value propositions.
  • Experience in or exposure to industrial, energy, or manufacturing verticals—and an interest in solving hard, real-world problems in these domains.
  • Strong fluency in product discovery, experimentation, and lean development principles.
  • Excellent communicator who can interface with engineers, executives, and enterprise customers alike.
  • A bias for action and a passion for building technology that creates measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from ideation and market discovery through MVP definition, build, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Translate business problems into product opportunities using insights from users, data, and the corporate partner’s subject-matter experts.
  • Define and validate hypotheses through structured experiments, prototype testing, and close collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly to ensure the team is always focused on the highest-impact problems aligned to venture goals.
  • Shape the roadmap and GTM plan in partnership with business, design, and engineering leadership.
  • Define metrics for success—customer adoption, ROI impact, and business value—and drive toward them with precision.
  • Collaborate directly with the venture studio team to align milestones, ensure investor readiness, and prepare the product for spin-out and scaling.
