In this pivotal role, you will lead a collaborative product team dedicated to empowering veterinarians to enhance patient care. Your contributions will significantly shape the user experience for veterinary professionals, promoting better relationships with pet owners through streamlined processes. This position requires strategic oversight of a multi-product portfolio and influences critical business outcomes through data-driven insights. Requirements

• BS/BA with an emphasis in technology, IT or Operations.
• 5+ years of extensive product management experience, ideally in B2B product management in animal health.
• Experience building multi-product platforms with a veterinary focus.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of product managers, including managing senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the generation and execution of a hypothesis- and data-informed prioritized roadmap across vet-facing B2B products.
• Manage a team of 4 product managers.
• Define successful product outcomes with measurable objectives and key results; create accountability against goals.
• Communicate crisply and concisely, demonstrating strong storytelling and narrative writing skills.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance the veterinary experience through automation and integration.
• Leverage controlled experiments and user insights to make data-informed decisions.
• Create strong cross-functional relationships especially with sales teams to influence positive outcomes.
