The position focuses on enhancing customer experience, monitoring success metrics through usability studies and market analysis, managing workstreams for analytics and competitive analysis, overseeing product profitability, participating in operational reviews, and collaborating with content developers, data scientists, and designers. This is an individual contributor role.
