Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Experience within the U.S. healthcare market
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery through delivery)
  • Product roadmap planning and backlog management
  • Agile product delivery methodologies
  • Market analysis and business case development
  • Data analysis and performance measurement
  • Requirements definition and user story creation

  • MBA or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set product direction: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TPA-related capabilities, aligning priorities to business and client needs.
  • Lead discovery and validation: Run user research, analyze market trends, and use data to validate what should be built—and what shouldn’t.
  • Translate strategy into build-ready work: Turn product direction into clear user stories, requirements, and deliverables for engineering, operations, and compliance.
  • Drive cross-functional execution: Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and client teams to deliver solutions that work in real-world healthcare environments.
  • Own product launches: Coordinate go-to-market efforts and ensure new capabilities are delivered on time and adopted effectively.
  • Measure and improve performance: Track product and operational outcomes, identify gaps, and iterate using data and user feedback.
  • Make informed trade-offs: Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs to move products forward.
  • Guide and elevate the team: Support and mentor product managers and analysts while contributing to overall product discipline.
