Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company As a Lead Product Manager on our Spend & Expense Rewards & Reconciliation team, you will play a critical role in helping our corporate card customers put their finances on autopilot. You’ll do this by applying a critical and analytical lens to help you understand how users can better manage their finances with BILL. You’ll use your skills to focus not only on refining and improving our existing core product capabilities, but exploring and evaluating opportunities to expand and sharpen our accountant and spender workflows to better meet our users where they are .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience or relevant experience
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
  • Passion for innovation, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about product opportunities and challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Refining and building a high-quality product that engenders trust between customers, vendors, and BILL
  • Understanding and solving problems at their core
  • Leveraging the robust capabilities BILL has to offer in new and innovative ways for our customers, particularly those responsible for closing and pre-closing the books
  • Help shape the strategy, development, and execution of our Spend & Expense product, ensuring alignment with our overarching product vision, customer outcomes, and business goals.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features that meet customer needs.
  • Define and track key performance metrics and success criteria, using data to make informed decisions that propel our product forward.
  • Partner with Product Designers to craft intuitive and engaging spender and accounting experiences that delight our customers and drive adoption and retention.
  • Advocate for our customers’ needs throughout the product development process, ensuring we always keep their best interests at heart.
